Stop Being “Nice” – Start Being Truly Inclusive Part 2

This is my second post in a series about inclusive leadership. Being "nice" is simply not enough if you want to lead inclusively. Inclusive leadership demands intention, action, and accountability. It’s time to prioritize the success of every team member. Here’s how you can show up as an inclusive leader:
💡 Expand Your Network**: Assess who you are mentoring. Actively broaden your mentoring circle to include diverse talent and drive meaningful change.
💡 Provide Equal Access to Opportunities**: Make sure that every team member receives access to impactful projects, constructive feedback, mentorship, and valuable connections for growth.
💡 Invite Diverse Perspectives: Make it clear that different viewpoints are welcome in discussions. Encourage team members to express dissenting opinions to drive innovation and foster psychological safety.
